Caitlin is a Certified Personal Trainer since 2011 and a Classical Pilates Instructor since 2024. With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, she’s guiding hundreds of individuals on their fitness journeys, helping them build strength, confidence, and a healthier outlook on life.

What started as a love of lifting heavy weights, competing on stage, and making friends in fitness classes, has turned into a passion for helping others strengthen their bodies and their minds at every stage in life. As a fitness coach with 10 years of experience, her favorite part of helping others is to see them have fun, practice great habits, and discover the best version of themselves along the way. Her goal as a coach is to guide you on your journey to physical strength and mental resilience, whether you are just starting out or pushing to reach your next milestone.

Sam is a passionate fitness coach with a lifelong love for fitness, rooted in her background as a competitive gymnast. With experience in CrossFit and lifting, she brings a diverse approach to her coaching. Sam excels at recognizing each individual’s potential and designing tailored workouts that push clients to grow. Whether you’re training for a competition, prepping for your first race, or just striving to get fit for life, Sam is committed to helping you reach your goals and unlock your full potential.

Laura is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with nearly 15 years of experience on the mat. She has a deep understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice, blending philosophy, anatomy, and sequencing to reveal the true essence of yoga. Laura’s teaching is rooted in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where students feel empowered to explore their practice with intention and joy. She brings an integrative, lighthearted approach that combines the dynamic energy of vinyasa with mindful movement.

Margo Beaudry

Margo is a former college soccer athlete and lifelong fitness enthusiast who loves working out with a community. With a strong belief in the power of exercise to enhance overall health and well-being, she is passionate about fostering an environment where individuals feel supported in pushing themselves to be their best. Her goal is for participants to leave class feeling accomplished, whether it's becoming physically stronger, reducing stress, increasing confidence, or gaining a sense of belonging.
Colin’s strength & conditioning journey began as a college football player. His mindset and approach revolve around his belief that you can unlock untapped potential in life through challenging physical tasks, pushing yourself to challenge the status quo, and getting out of your comfort zone. He challenges himself by competing in events such as marathons, Ironmans, ultramarathons, and Hyrox competitions.

Tasi has 20 years of experience running and cycling competitively and is part of Team USA for the Duathlon, competing internationally. She brings a holistic approach to running programs including strength, mobility, nutrition, and mindset for beginners to more advanced levels. Tasi is passionate about helping others develop the habits, discipline, and routines that will reshape how you think about working out, while reaching your health, fitness, and life goals.
